1. Eligibility for Return
You can request a return if:
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, or
- The product is missing parts/accessories, or
- You received an expired or wrong product (in case of food or consumables).
Conditions:
- The return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Products must be accompanied by proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, or email confirmation).
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene and safety reasons. These include:
- Perishable goods (food, spices, herbs, seeds, etc.)
- Personal care items (soaps, oils, cosmetics, etc.)
- Products sold under clearance or “final sale” categories

3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at digitalshoppkaro@gmail.com with your Order ID, product photo, and reason for return.
- Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
- If approved, our courier partner will pick up the product from your address.
- Once the returned item passes our quality inspection, your refund or replacement will be processed.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued after the returned item has been inspected and approved by our quality control team.
Refund Methods:
- For Razorpay/PayPal Orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment source within 5–10 business days after approval.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer or store wallet credit as per your choice.
- You will be notified via email/SMS once the refund has been initiated.
Note: Shipping or COD handling charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting our customer support.
- Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled. However, you may choose to return the product after delivery (if eligible).
6. Exchange Policy
- If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund (for the same or a similar product), mention it while raising your return request.
- Exchanges depend on product availability. If unavailable, a refund will be initiated.
7. Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged or wrong product:
- Take photos or videos of the item and packaging.

- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- First, check your bank or payment account again.
- Then contact your bank or payment provider — it may take some time before the refund is officially credited.
- If you still haven’t received it after 10 business days, please email us at digitalshoppkaro@gmail.com and we’ll assist you immediately.
